3. “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in UAE.

Cancellation/ refund/return policy

The following are the conditions when exchange, return or refunds can be expected by house of bread bakery.

1. If the customer likes to cancel the order before delivery, they can contact us through email (general@bakeduae.com) or call at +971 7 206 7081 or whatsapp at +971 56 505 8536.
2. Cancelation can be done within 1 (one) hour after placing the order.
3. Damaged or unsealed food products by the customer will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund unless it was received in the given condition at the time of delivery.
4. The products need to be in the original condition to be eligible for exchange.
5. Products can only be exchanged and returned/refunded (if damaged) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
6. Returns will be scheduled for pick up. Reviewed for approval and processed within one week.
7. Customer cannot cancel orders on the scheduled delivery day. Cancellations cannot be processed in less than 24 hours from the date of delivery.
8. Customers who paid only (TELR) will be refunded using the same service only. ‘’refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment”
9. Online refunds may take up to 14 days to be completed. Depending upon the processing time provided by the bank.

Shipping and delivery policy

1. We currently offer delivery in the United Arab Emirates only, except Abu Dhabi and al Ain.
2. A standard order takes 2- 3 days to be delivered depending upon the location and delivery schedule.
3. We do not provide same-day or next-day deliveries unless there are special circumstances.
4. Customer will receive an order confirmation email on their provided email address or SMS on their mobile number or whatsapp to receive delivery updates.
5. Customers will be contacted through call/SMS/whatsapp via the provided number.
6. A minimum order amount of 100 AED is required to qualify for an order.
7. All orders below AED 150 (excluding vat) will be required a shipping fee of 20 AED (outside RAK area) and 10 AED for RAK customers.
8. Order must be equal or above 150 AED (excluding tax) to qualify for a free shipping.
9. We accept payments from cash on delivery, online payments (visa and master card)
10. Customers must enter the valid mobile number and accurate details of their location to receive the delivery on time.
11. House of bread bakery does not use any 3^rd party logistics, all orders will be fulfilled by baked UAE logistics team.
